I had the opportunity to film all of the documentary The Flying University for 360 North and was able to help with editing, color correction, and a little bit of sound. This project started out as a short web video, and after a couple of shoots we decided to expand it into a full documentary for TV.
Packing the kit to film within a prison as a single operator doing camera lighting and sound was a challenge. Everything went smoothly, though, thanks to the project’s incredible producer, Scott Burton. We were even able to do a little bit of lighting for some of the shots in the prison.
