Full-length theatrical multicamera production

I worked with amazing internal and external teams to produce multicamera videos of Seattle Rep’s season of live theater for streaming on their on demand platform.
I developed season and individual show budgets and schedules, selected and managed multiple vendors, and built the technical and process workflow to deliver shows on schedule and within budget.
The same workflow also included parallel work on the full production and press and marketing materials excerpted and edited from the main production. In addition to the technical workflow, the various elements required multiple overlapping review and approval cycles from multiple departments.
