I worked with multiple internal departments to produce this piece to help Seattle Rep’s patrons understand the process for using their electronic tickets.
I wrote the script, presented it to the relevant departments, and collaborated with them on changes and updates to reflect their needs. I animated the video in a quick explainer style to emphasize the message and process for patrons.
