Experiment in aerial time-lapse

After a beloved local playground burned down, the community came together to rebuild it.
To chronicle this extended process, I programmed a series of flight paths that I flew repeatedly over the course of construction to capture the various stages (including coordinating with local air tour operators during the busy tourist season).
At the end of construction, I stitched the results together into a time-lapse showing different perspectives and construction progress together in one shot. With the precision issues of a prosumer drone, there were some inconsistencies in how it flew the preprogrammed flight path each time, so lining up the shots in the edit was a challenge (and of course matching the lighting changes).
